A FIXATION FOR PERFECTION: The Harish Loop steamer is a compact versatile performer. This new generation pressureless continuous steamer from Harish can be applied for various dye-stuff fixation processes viz. Saturated steaming at 101¡ãC. High temperature steaming in the standard version upto 185¡ãC. and Polymerising with hot air. There are two factors to ensure optimum performance of the Loop steamer. :

A. Proper injection of air or steam.
B. Proper distribution of steam inside the machine. This has to be balanced by tensionless feeding of the fabric and a crease free loop formation. (During the loop formation it is important that contact with the printed surface of the fabric is avoided.)
ACCENT ON FEEDING: In the HLS-4, printed fabric can be fed from trolleys or from batches. (In case of batches a positive unwinding unit is essential to prevent excessive tension on the fabric.)
